By submitting this affiliate space request form, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the "POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO AFFILIATE EVENTS AT AACTE'S ANNUAL MEETING." I am aware that a fee may be charged for room rental for this request, and should this event be accepted for scheduling at AACTE's Annual Meeting, agree to pay room rental fees as set forth in the "POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO AFFILIATE EVENTS AT AACTE'S ANNUAL MEETING." Any room rental fees not paid in full by December 21, 2021 may result in cancellation of the requested event by AACTE.
