In recognition that state affiliate organizations are busier than ever responding to — and shaping — state policies, last year AACTE and ACSR launched the Fall Virtual State Leaders Institute so leaders of state organizations can catch up on the latest information about state policy developments and share advocacy plans, activities, and resources with their colleagues from around the country.
This year, the half-day, virtual workshop features presentations on major policy issues impacting educator preparation and a new track on association leadership. As always with ACSR events, there will be plenty of dedicated time for cross-state discussion and sharing of resources and strategies. The low registration fee of $50 per person and virtual format is designed to enable multiple leaders from each state organization to attend.
