What is the Group registration discount?

A registration of three or more registrants from a member institution will be discounted by $50 per registrant.

Do I have to register all individuals at one time?

To receive the group registration discount, all registrations must be done within the same transaction by completing the ‘Group Registration’ form.

A few team members have already registered, can we add them to our group rate registration?

No, registrations already processed cannot be used as part of a group registration.

Is there a cutoff date for receiving the group registration deadline?

The group registration discount is valid through February 1, 2024.

I am receiving the student discount. Can I also register with my group?

No, registration discounts cannot be combined, only one discount per registrant.

I am not sure if we have paid our 2024 member dues. Will we still be able to receive the group rate?

Group registration rates (are subject to an adjustment or will be adjusted) to the non-member rate if 2024 membership dues are not paid in full by December 31, 2023.
