2024 Annual Meeting Registration

Ascending New Heights: Propelling the Profession into the Future aligns the AACTE 2024 Annual Meeting with the association’s vision and mission to revolutionize education for all learners by elevating education and educator preparation through research, professional practice, advocacy, and collaboration. Representing the institutions and programs that prepare the greatest number of professional educators in the United States and its territories, and in partnership with international colleague organizations, AACTE is the incubator for bold ideas and new discoveries to drive impactful applications based on evidence-based reasoning. Attendees will be prompted to create an account or login to register for the 2024 Annual Meeting.

What’s included in registration? More than 180 sessions of current, relevant, peer-reviewed content; three keynote presentations; featured speakers and panel discussions; learning labs, exhibitors; plus 3 breakfasts, 5 coffee breaks, 2 lunches (new this year), an opening dinner reception and a dessert reception (new this year).

Guest registration provides an individual with the above-mentioned meals. Guest registration does not include access to any content related sessions (e.g., keynote presentations, featured speakers, panel discussions and learning labs).

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than the final registration deadline of the event in questions to receive a refund. Cancellation requests received after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund, unless documentation is presented to prove the individual registrant was unable to travel. A $150 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancellation request for full price events and deducted from the refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancellation request for student price events and deducted from the refund. All refunds are processed after the event date. Cancellation and refund requests should be submitted to the AACTE Membership Department at membership@aacte.org or 1602 L Street NW Suite 601, Washington DC 20036.
