2024 Meeting Room Requests

If your company, institution, or organization is interested in holding a meeting, reception, or other “In Conjunction With” (ICW) event at AACTE’s 2024 Annual Meeting, we request that you review and share our 2024 AACTE Annual Meeting Affiliate Events Policies, linked below. Please read the guidelines in its entirety for policy information, deadlines, and available dates.

Deadlines
Dates	Action Items
November 27, 2023	Request must be received for space assignments.
December 4, 2023	Space assignments will be communicated to affiliates, which will include hotel and AV contacts.
January 19, 2024	Audio Visual and Food and Beverages orders must be placed with vendors.
