All affiliate meeting requests must be received no later than Friday, November 1. Requests received after this date will be assigned as space permits.

Affiliate Event Scheduling:

• Pre-conference Events/Workshops will occur on Thursday, February 20, and can take place all day.

All receptions will occur on Saturday, February 22, between 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Post-conference events will occur on Sunday, February 23, after the conclusion of the closing general session.
