We convene the leaders and practitioners shaping the future of educator preparation at our Annual Meeting, Washington Week, Leadership Academy, and other virtual and in-person events throughout the year. We work alongside state affiliates, national education associations, and policy partners to advance evidence-based solutions to educator workforce challenges. Advocacy partners help us build the coalitions and collective voice needed to protect funding, defend pathways into the profession, and advance policies that reflect the needs of a diverse and well-prepared educator workforce.
