Using ATLAS to Enhance Preservice Teachers’ Understanding of Teaching Structures

Webinar Slides

This Lunch & Learn features Cam McComb, Ph.D., an associate professor at Eastern Michigan University who uses  ATLAS (Accomplished Teaching, Learning, and Schools®) to help her candidates identify and analyze teaching structures in a three-part strategy. ATLAS is a video library providing cases and analysis tools of accomplished teaching practices indexed to common teaching and learning frameworks across various classroom settings. Observations with ATLAS are made even more valuable because they include insights into behind-the-scenes instructional decision-making from board-certified educators. AACTE Members receive 20% off ATLAS subscriptions before the end of 2023. Join us to learn more about ATLAS and how educator preparation faculty like McComb are using the tool to improve pre-service training
