The updated site expands resources and enhances user experience, strengthening the engagement of its members and the broader education community.
(November 13, 2024, Washington, D.C.) – AACTE (The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education) has launched its newly refreshed website designed with the educator preparation community in mind. With expanded resources and enhanced features, the redesigned site is a testament to AACTE’s commitment to advancing educator preparation through education, advocacy, and innovation.
Key features of the new website include the following:
- A streamlined navigation and intuitive interface to enhance the user experience, making AACTE’s wealth of resources easier for members, partners, and visitors to access.
- A modern design and improved functionality that better highlights AACTE’s programs and initiatives, advocacy updates, and member benefits.
- A robust and expanded search tool to provide access to AACTE’s comprehensive collection of research, policy briefs, and tools, empowering members to stay informed and engaged.
- A seamless, fully responsive and optimized website where users can enjoy a consistent browsing experience across all devices — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
“The refreshed website is a significant milestone in AACTE’s ongoing mission to support and advance the field of educator preparation,” said AACTE Chief Operating Officer Marta Drake, who currently serves as interim president and CEO. “We are committed to providing our members with the resources they need to grow their programs and shape the future of education, and the new website is a key part of that effort.”
The website is the next phase of AACTE’s refreshed brand identity, which includes a new modern logo, unveiled in February, that signifies a journey towards what is possible for the Association, educator preparation, and each student and educator in the classroom. The logo also includes an inspiring tagline that embodies AACTE’s commitment to educate, advocate, and innovate.
