The Alpha Cohort runs from September 2024-February 2025 with three focus areas, outlined below:
- Deans and Senior Leaders of Color: Best for deans and senior leaders who identify as people of color, regardless of career experience
- Effective Communication and Navigating Difficult Faculty: Best for deans and senior leaders experiencing challenging faculty dynamics or who want to learn how to navigate this for the future
- New Deans and Senior Leaders: Best for early career (0-3 years) deans and senior leaders
