The AACTE 2024 Washington Week events will take place at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. The deadline to reserve a room at the special AACTE group rate is Friday, May 10, 2024.

Be advised that Day on the Hill meetings for AACTE Washington Week (Wednesday, June 5) are projected to conclude around 4:30 p.m. AACTE recommends scheduling return flights after 7 p.m. to ensure adequate time for airport arrival.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 p.m./local hotel time (3 day[s] before arrival). Please note that you will be assessed a fee of 1 night room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline.
