ICW Meeting Event Request

AACTE 2026 is a premier venue for educational, professional, and business development, attracting an expanding network of universities, institutions, organizations, companies, and individuals — both within and beyond our membership. 

What is an ‘In Conjunction With’ Event (ICW)?

An ICW event is defined as a meeting or social event that is hosted at, or in conjunction with AACTE 2026 by an organization, group, or entity that is not AACTE. Affiliate events are not planned or sponsored by AACTE.

If your company, institution, or organization is interested in hosting a meeting, reception, or other event at AACTE 2026, we invite you to complete the ICW Meeting Request Form. AACTE reserves the right to request time changes if the event or meeting conflicts with official AACTE programming. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadlines and Cancelation Policy

• December 1, 2025: Deadline to submit an ICW event request.
• December 19, 2025: Deadline for confirmations and supplemental forms emailed to requestors.
• January 23, 2026: Deadline for cancelation requests to be received via email at events@aacte.org.
