AACTE 2026 Cancelation Policy
All cancelation and refund requests must be submitted to membership@aacte.org on or before January 29, 2026. Cancelation and refund requests received after January 29, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund, unless documentation is presented to prove the individual registrant was unable to travel. A $150 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancellation request for full price events and deducted from the refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancellation request for student price events and preconference only registrations and deducted from the refund. Refunds may not be processed until after completion of event.
