American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education’s Annual Meeting Highlights Reforms, Research and Best Practices to Improve Educator Preparation Profession

(Feb. 22, 2011, Washington, D.C.) – The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) will host its 63rd Annual Meeting & Exhibits in San Diego February 24-26, 2011. Guided by this year’s theme, “Telling the Story: Writing the Next Chapter,” sessions will focus on measuring effectiveness, maximizing data use, incorporating technology, recognizing needs of diverse learners and many other timely topics geared toward ensuring that teacher candidates can positively impact student learning in the classroom.
