Washington, D.C. (February 17, 2010) – The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) will present a major forum on the knowledge and skills needed by 21st-century learners at its 62nd Annual Meeting & Exhibits, February 19, in Atlanta.
Educators from seven universities and organizations will examine the disparities between the knowledge and skills taught in schools today and the skills students will need in typical 21st-century workplaces. The forum is designed to help education schools chart a course to prepare educators to ensure all students can succeed in a global economy.
