Cancellation Policy: All cancelation and refund requests must be submitted to membership@aacte.org on or before January 31, 2025. Cancelation and refund requests received after January 31, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund, unless documentation is presented to prove the individual registrant was unable to travel. A $150 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancelation request for full price events and deducted from the refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for each cancelation request for student price events and preconference only registrations and deducted from the refund. All refunds are processed after the event date.
