Building State Chapter Advocacy Relationships with State Officials and Staff
Thursday March 14, 1:00 p.m. EST
Because Educator Preparation is held accountable at the state level, your ability to impact educator preparation is greatest in the states. But where do you start and how can you build strong relationships with state officials? In this brief webinar, AACTE staff and the Government Relations and Advocacy Committee will discuss the impact of state advocacy efforts and how to engage with legislators, their staff, and key regulators. Highlights will include the AACTE resources. There will be time available for Q&A, and a recording of the webinar will be made available on AACTE’s Resource Library.
