2025 Meeting Room Request

If your company, institution, or organization is interested in holding a meeting, reception, or other “In Conjunction With” (ICW) event at AACTE’s 2025 Annual Meeting, we request that you fill out the 2025 AACTE Affiliate Meeting Event Request Form linked below.

All affiliate meeting requests must be received no later than Friday, November 1. Requests received after this date will be assigned as space permits.

Affiliate Event Scheduling:

• Pre-conference Events/Workshops will occur on Thursday, February 20, and can take place all day.

• All receptions will occur on Saturday, February 22, between 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• Post-conference events will occur on Sunday, February 23, after the conclusion of the closing general session.
