Why join AACTE?

Membership Assignment...
How do I become an Institutional Representative?

Member institutions can allot between four and 14 individuals to serve as Institutional Representatives as determined by institution productivity, one of which is appointed as the Chief Representative (the head of the teacher education program or their designee) and is responsible for delegating all other Institutional Representatives. Each Institutional Representative has voting privileges on AACTE business matters, receives all membership mailings and e-mails, is eligible for member discounts on programs and services, and can access the Members Only portions of this website by using their individual login and password. To request delegation as an Institutional Representative, contact your institution's Chief Representative for the AACTE membership. Changes in Institutional Representative appointments can be made by the Chief Representative online at any time during your institution's active membership.
