USAGE POLICY

Rental of AACTE member institution mailing lists is available to institutions, organizations, government agencies, commercial enterprises, and individuals for use for legitimate educational purposes. AACTE reserves the right to review all materials for the proposed mailing prior to list rental. AACTE also reserves the right to deny the rental of lists for uses determined to be non-educational or inappropriate for distribution to its membership. AACTE rents lists on a two-time use basis; AACTE?s lists contain proprietary information and may not be reproduced or reused for any purpose. Ordering a list from AACTE constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

TO ORDER

To order a list, e-mail membership@aacte.org with the following information:

• the list(s) you wish to order
• the date by which the list is needed (we will do our best to accommodate requests)
• an e-mail address where list(s) can be sent; all list orders will be sent as an Excel file attachment
• the name and address of the person who should receive the billing invoice (invoices will be sent via US Mail)
• the mailing that will be sent to list contacts (if an electronic copy is not available, mail a copy to the attention of the Membership Department with a note that indicates that the material is for a list order. We will send your list once a copy of your proposed mailing has been received.
