Join the JTE and Explore Accountability

The Journal of Teacher Education (JTE), AACTE’s prestigious peer-reviewed journal, is widely recognized as the premier source of research, information, and commentary in the field of teacher education. Ranked 18th among a field of 184 education and education research journals in the Thomson Reuters 2010 Journal Citation Reports, JTE is published five times a year in partnership with Sage Publications and an editorial team at Penn State University.

Each year, the JTE editors organize sessions, special programs, and events that provide Annual Meeting attendees with first-hand exposure to some of the rich editorial content in development, as well as an intimate look at the inner workings of this influential academic journal, which has been in continuous publication since 1950. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the editorial team during a lively roundtable discussion as well as at the informal reception sponsored by Sage Publications, Inc.

The centerpiece of this year’s JTE offerings is a powerful Major Forum, which will examine the latest research and outcomes of innovative accountability policies and programs. You’ll want to take full advantage of the following JTE sessions:
